Here are a few answers to questions we get asked the most! If you still have questions then please don't hesitate to contact us.

The Shop & Cafe

When are you open?

The shop and cafe is open Thursday to Monday 9AM - 4PM.

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes! Our breakfast menu is available 9AM-11:30AM on the days we are open. You can view our menus here

Do you allow dogs?

Yes we do, however we ask that dogs are kept on leads at all times in the cafe and around the farm.

Do you cater for cyclists?

We are most definitely cyclist friendly! We are fully equipped with a large bike rack to store bikes. We love welcoming cycling clubs but do ask that large groups contact us beforehand to let us know you're stopping at the cafe. Drop us an email hello@roundchimneysfarm.co.uk or call 07450 876969

What seating do you have available?

We have seating for up to 18 people inside, plus seating for an additional 18 outside (with some seating under cover if the weather is wet!).

Are you family friendly?

We are definitely family friendly! We have plenty of food/drink options for children and there are normally some animals nearby to see! We are situated on a working farm however so we ask that children are supervised at all times.

I have an allergy or intolerance, are you able to cater for me?

Absolutely! When you arrive, please do let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances so we can advise accordingly. Our food is marked with any allergens however we do have a booklet containing all of the ingredients in all of the food we serve. If there's something on the menu we can prepare slightly differently, just let us know! 

 

Our Produce

Is the meat from the shop fresh or frozen?

All our meat is sold from frozen. We think this is the best and most natural way of preserving our meat and it reduces the waste created by the shorter shelf life of meat sold from fresh. The meat hits our freezer shortly after butchery locking in all the flavour and nutritional value.

How long will the products last in the freezer?

All of our meat comes labelled with the appropriate information including best before dates. Once defrosted we recommend keeping refrigerated and consuming the meat within 5 days.

Can I cook the meat from frozen?

We do not recommend cooking straight from frozen - all meat should be defrosted thoroughly before cooking.

Ordering & Delivery

Can I have my order delivered?

Unfortunately we are only offering a click and collect service at the moment. However we will be offering a delivery service in the not too distant future so keep an eye on our socials or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to find out!

When can I collect my order?

We offer collection during our opening times (Thursday - Monday 9AM-4PM). Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with details on how to collect. 

 

How can I pay?

We accept all credit & debit cards as well as Apple Pay & Paypal online. A full list can be seen in the bottom right hand corner of this website.
