Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Round Chimneys Farm
By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us so please read the terms and conditions of booking below. Your payment will indicate your acceptance of these. A material breach of these conditions may result in you being refused entry to the property or being asked to leave early and having your booking terminated. In such case your booking will be deemed to be cancelled and no refunds of any monies paid will be made.

Your booking is provisional until you have received written booking confirmation from us, which will be by email, and your deposit has been received. Please advise us of any special requirements on booking.

Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your holiday please advise us immediately and confirm in writing or by email. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request by email.
If your cancellation occurs more than 42 days before the start of your booking any fees paid will be refunded. If your cancellation is made 42 days or less from the start of your holiday you will be liable for the full amount and no refund will be due. However, at our discretion we may attempt to re-let the property and if this is achieved we will refund the value of the replacement booking, up to a maximum of the sum you have paid less a 10% administration fee. If applicable, this will be refunded within 14 days of your original check-in date.
If any member of your party tests positive for Covid-19 in the days leading up to your holiday please contact us as soon as possible. If you have to cancel your booking because UK government public health measures imposed as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic mean it is unlawful to travel to or to make use of the accommodation you booked, you may choose to transfer your accommodation booking to a later date, subject to availability. You will have to pay any difference in price if the cost of the new booking of accommodation is higher or be reimbursed the difference if the cost of the new booking is lower. Alternatively you may obtain a refund of the amount already paid by you for the booking of the accommodation.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with Covid-19 cover to protect you against a wide range of Covid-19 related scenarios which may affect your holiday.
If you have to leave your holiday cottage earlier than your expected check-out date no refunds will be made. If you have not arrived at your property by 12pm the day after your holiday start date, and you have not advised us that you will be late, we will deem the holiday to have been cancelled and no refund of any monies paid will be made. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time leading up to your arrival and issue a full refund if we feel that your arrival would contravene government travel restrictions.
