Beef Mince

Our mince is prepared from off cuts of our steaks meaning it is packed full of rich flavour. A freezer staple, mince is perfect for so many recipes like lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise and homemade meatballs.

Mince comes in packs of approximately 500g. All packs are frozen.

Reared to the highest standards of welfare by our family at Round Chimneys Farm, our Aberdeen Angus cows are free to graze the lush Dorset pasture for most of the year meaning the meat is high in Omega-3 and full of vitamins. Before butchery, the beef is aged for 21 days to create meat which is rich, tender and packed with flavour.
