Fillet Steak

A fillet steak is the most premium and tender of all the cuts, with a refined flavour and smooth grain, this steak truly melts in the mouth.

We like ours cooked rare and partnered with homemade chips, creating a treat of a meal that is bound to impress. Resting these steaks for at least half the cooking time before serving will ensure the meat is tender and juicy.

Choose from varying pack sizes and weights. All steaks are frozen.

Reared to the highest standards of welfare by our family at Round Chimneys Farm, our Aberdeen Angus cows are free to graze the lush Dorset pasture for most of the year meaning the meat is high in Omega-3 and full of vitamins. Before butchery, the beef is aged for 21 days to create meat which is rich, tender and packed with flavour.
