Sirloin Steak

One of our most popular choices, our Sirloin Steaks are tender and full of flavour. The natural marbling of the meat coupled with the outer layer of fat adds to the rich flavour. 

Sirloin steaks are perfect accompanied by a classic peppercorn sauce. Resting these steaks for at least half the cooking time before serving will ensure the meat is tender and juicy.

Choose from varying pack sizes and weights. All steaks are frozen.

Reared to the highest standards of welfare by our family at Round Chimneys Farm, our Aberdeen Angus cows are free to graze the lush Dorset pasture for most of the year meaning the meat is high in Omega-3 and full of vitamins. Before butchery, the beef is aged for 21 days to create meat which is rich, tender and packed with flavour.
